Gerry Stoltzfoos
Senior PastorGerry brings decades of ministry experience and a profound passion for spiritual growth to our community. Known for his heart for revival and a "spiritual father" approach to leadership, Pastor Gerry’s journey is one marked by resilience and an unwavering commitment to the Great Commission. After founding and leading Freedom Valley Church for over 25 years and overseeing a network of more than 100 church plants, he continues to focus on helping individuals discover their God-given purpose.
Following a miraculous recovery from a near-fatal motorcycle accident in 2014, Pastor Gerry carries a renewed sense of the "preciousness of life" into every message he shares. His teaching is characterized by a deep love for the Word of God and a desire to see people "follow Jesus and make Him famous." Whether he is mentoring new leaders or sharing a Sunday message, Pastor Gerry’s mission remains the same: to encourage every person on their unique journey with Christ.

With a heart for the congregation and a commitment to authentic ministry, Pastor Wayne plays a key role in the spiritual life of the church. Together with his wife, Marie Randel, who serves as the children’s pastor, Wayne is an integral part of the leadership team dedicated to the mission of Life Discovery Church.

Children's PastorMarie brings decades of heart and experience to her role as the Children’s Pastor at Life Discovery Church. With a deep-seated passion for nurturing the next generation, Pastor Marie has dedicated her life’s work to creating a vibrant, safe, and spiritually enriching environment where children can encounter God’s love. Her extensive background in ministry allows her to lead with a unique blend of wisdom and creativity, ensuring that every child—from toddlers to pre-teens—feels seen and valued as they begin their own faith journey.
Known for her creativity and her "motherly heart," Marie is a cornerstone of our leadership team. She doesn't just teach lessons; she mentors young hearts, helping them discover their identity in Christ through engaging worship, biblical storytelling, and hands-on activities. Alongside her husband, Associate Pastor Wayne Randel, Marie is committed to partnering with parents to build a strong spiritual foundation for the families of Life Discovery Church.
Nate Ingersoll
Youth Pastor
Nate leads the Youth Ministry at Life Discovery Church with a dynamic energy and a heart for seeing young people transformed by the Gospel. Alongside his wife, Rachael Ingersoll, Nate focuses on creating a space where middle and high school students can ask big questions, build authentic friendships, and develop a faith that is truly their own. Whether he’s organizing a high-energy "Spaghetti Dinner" fundraiser or leading deep-dive discussions on what it means to follow Jesus in today's world, Nate’s goal is to see every student discover their purpose and God-given potential.
Nate is known for his approachable leadership and his commitment to mentorship. He believes that the youth are not just the "future" of the church, but a vital part of the church now. By combining fun, community-building events—like summer camps and "Adventure Group" outings—with solid biblical teaching, Nate helps students navigate the challenges of adolescence with the support of a faith-filled community.
Corey Klein
Worship LeaderCorey leads the Worship Ministry at Life Discovery Church with a deep-seated passion for creating atmospheres where people can authentically encounter the presence of God. With a heart for both musical excellence and spiritual depth, Corey views worship as more than just a setlist—it is a transformative tool for discipleship and healing. His leadership style is characterized by a "servant-musician" heart, focusing on drawing the congregation into a unified voice of praise that transcends personal preference and centers entirely on the character of Jesus.

Julie leads the Counseling Ministry at Life Discovery Church with a profound sense of compassion and a commitment to holistic healing. With years of experience walking alongside individuals and families, Julie provides a safe, grace-filled environment where people can navigate life’s most difficult transitions. Her approach integrates sound biblical principles with a deep understanding of emotional health, focusing on the restoration of the heart and the strengthening of personal relationships. Julie believes that "discovery" isn't just about finding a purpose—it’s about finding freedom from the burdens of the past.
As a foundational leader in our church family alongside her husband, Senior Pastor Gerry Stoltzfoos, Julie brings a unique "mother’s heart" to her ministry. She is dedicated to de-stigmatizing the need for support, encouraging everyone to seek the wholeness that Christ offers. Whether she is conducting one-on-one sessions, leading support groups, or mentoring other lay counselors, Julie’s mission is to ensure that no one at Life Discovery Church has to walk through their valley alone.
